Vehicle Paint and Prep Shop, Kwajalein
San Juan Construction built an 18,600 sq. ft. vehicle paint and prep shop to include exterior electrical distribution and lighting systems; exterior water distribution, storm drain and sewer systems; cast-in-place concrete foundations with precast/prestressed wall and roof units; design and installation of structural steel systems and framing; metal roofing; acrylic roof coating; stainless steel doors, frames and overhead rolling doors; interior electrical, mechanical, architectural and plumbing finishes; paint spray, abrasive blast and metallization booths; seismic protection; removal and disposal of hazardous asbestos, PCB light ballasts, mercury containing lamps and contaminated soils; air supply, ventilation, distribution and exhaust systems; HVAC control systems; premises distribution and telephone systems; supervised fire detection and alarm systems, and wet pipe fire suppression system.
