Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) Subcontract
Subcontract under Verizon - Federal Network Systems, LLC to address the Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) effort to engineer, furnish, install, secure, test, document, migrate and cutover a turnkey solution to upgrade the existing infrastructure and facilities at US Army Kwajalein Atoll (USAKA), Republic of the Marshall Islands.
The Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) is a collection of efforts (Voice/data/cable/long-haul gateway/Enterprise Management) that modernizes the core enterprise information infrastructure at Army installations (CONUS/Pacific/Europe/SWA) worldwide.
Through the use of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products and contract installers, the I3MP replaces the antiquated, costly, unsupportable and maintenance intensive legacy systems with an integrated information system that is state-of-the-art, secure, interoperable and capable of passing voice, data and video traffic in accordance with the Department of the Army’s approved Installation Sequence Lists (ISLs).
