Iraqi Village, Ft. Irwin, Barstow, California
Scope of Work: As a sub-contractor, San Juan Construction, Inc. provided construction services for cast-in-place concrete, structural and precast concrete, structural masonry, roofing, steel lintels and stucco/plaster on all buildings for a mock-up Iraqi Village located at Fort Irwin, Barstow, California. The completed village is an authentic replica of an Iraqi Village with a total build-out of 110,000 sq. ft. The second phase scope of work included plumbing and an additional 80,000 sq. ft. of structures bringing the total count to 13 with 11of the structures being multi-story.
