Consolidated Command & Range Control Facility, Pohakuloa Training Area
Scope of Work: Complete construction of facility after USACE defaulted original contractor. Work includes: provide management services for the contract, including surety representative for coordination with USACE, scheduling, quality control, safety, and overall project management. Identify and coordinate design needs and deficiencies with surety CQCSM for design to achieve design completion and implementation. Removal of non-conforming structural backfill, replace with conforming materials and appropriate testing. Erection of 10,000 SF +/- administration facility consisting of two buildings and connecting structures. Facility is constructed of decorative CMU exterior structure including split face and shadow blocks with custom coloring and grout, stone veneer on select areas and columns, wood frame roofing system with standing seam metal roof, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and communication system. Erection of three box culverts, fire water service, domestic water service, septic system, leach field, landscaping, misc. concrete and sidewalks.
