As a worldwide general contractor, San Juan Construction, Inc. has completed over 70 projects outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) and over 60 contracts for the U.S. Federal Government. For our projects on remote islands throughout the world, San Juan Construction is experienced in finding, hiring and employing Third Country Nationals (TCNs). Our team approach allows us to minimize subcontracting while allowing greater project coordination. Our experience in shipping and logistics, coupled with a strong network of mainland USA and Hawaiian suppliers, has enabled projects to finish without impact or delay to clients.
The extensive repertoire of construction projects at federal, state and municipal levels has enabled San Juan Construction to be proficient in concurrently planning and executing a broad range of logistically challenging construction projects.
